Prepayment must be in Australian Dollars (AUD) and received prior to the arrival date. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for the prepayment to be processed and applied to your reservation. Ensure you allow sufficient time for the funds to clear.

Please note, there is a payment surcharge for all cards which is clearly displayed at time of payment.

Please be aware that all guests must present their own valid card upon check-in for any incidentals, this cannot be prepaid .

Should payment still be pending when the guests check-in they will be required to settle the accommodation and will be reimbursed once this prepayment has cleared. Please note that we do not accept cash at any of our Meriton Suites locations.

Meriton Suites reserves the right to request photo identification from the cardholder and a copy of the credit card showing the last 4 digits of the card only and cardholders name. Failure to provide the required details may result in the processed payment being rejected.
